At Unstuck Psychiatry, we provide compassionate, personalized, and integrative psychiatric care for adult women and teenage girls ages 13 and up. We specialize in supporting women experiencing depression, anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, bipolar disorder, PTSD and trauma-related symptoms, PMDD, stress, major life transitions, and mood changes related to perimenopause and menopause.

Your treatment is shaped by your personal story, symptoms, goals, and stage of life and may include comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management, brief supportive psychotherapy when appropriate, supportive education, and practical coping tools.
Our integrative approach looks at the whole person, including sleep, nutrition, stress, relationships, daily routines, and life experiences, so your care feels personal, collaborative, and centered on you.

We consider the whole person, including sleep, nutrition, stress, relationships, daily habits, medications, medical conditions, and life experiences. When clinically appropriate, laboratory testing may also be ordered or reviewed to identify medical conditions or nutritional deficiencies that may be contributing to symptoms.

Unstuck Psychiatry currently provides telehealth psychiatric care to patients who are physically located in Texas, Oregon, Washington, or Arizona at the time of their appointment.

Your initial psychiatric evaluation is an opportunity for us to understand what you have been experiencing and how it is affecting your life. We will discuss your symptoms, psychiatric and medical history, medications, sleep, stress, lifestyle, safety, and treatment goals. Together, we will discuss treatment options and develop a plan that fits your needs. Initial psychiatric evaluations are typically 60–75 minutes. Follow-up medication management appointments are generally 30 minutes.

No. Medication is prescribed only when clinically appropriate following an evaluation. Treatment recommendations may include medication, education, coping strategies, lifestyle recommendations, laboratory evaluation, referrals, or a combination of approaches.

Controlled medications are prescribed only when clinically appropriate and may require additional monitoring, follow-up visits, laboratory testing, or other safety requirements. Prescription is also subject to federal and state regulations.

Insurance-based appointments may be available through Alma depending on your insurance plan and provider availability. Unstuck Psychiatry does not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or Tricare.

Yes. Self-pay appointments are available for patients who prefer not to use insurance or whose insurance is not accepted.
